A tragic incident occurred in Kohat's Tanda Dam, where a boat carrying over two dozen tourists, including many children, sank, leading to the drowning of 11 children. The hospital has received 16 children who drowned, but unfortunately, 11 have died.
The Deputy Commissioner of Kohat, Furqan Ashraf, has confirmed the incident and is overseeing the rescue operations. A team of divers has been called from Peshawar to assist and the Pakistan Army has also arrived to help in the relief efforts.
